Learning and Skills Facilitator

About The Role
East Kent Colleges Group are seeking a highly organised, creative and interpersonal individual to join EKC Folkestone College as a Learning and Skills Coach. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging small group and 1:1 sessions, providing academic and pastoral support to learners to maximise their development and build independence for their future careers.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver effective teaching activities to support learners in a wide range of activities including digital, study, maths and English skills.
• Provide 1:1 or group support to learners to identify and address their skills needs.
• Organise and lead small group sessions to promote learner engagement and motivation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies to support learner development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with learners, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Highly organised and able to plan and deliver engaging sessions to meet the needs of diverse learners.
