We are currently recruiting an Field Support Executive to join our NI team.

**The Person**

The ideal person for this role will display;
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word. An ability to learn and use new software quickly
- The ability to plan activities and change these plans quickly to accommodate the customers needs.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to flex your communication style in different situations
- Ability to build strong, professional working relationships
- The ability to work under pressure and to think logically through problems. Responds rather than reacts.
- The desire to drive efficiency within their role. Regularly asks themselves, “Is there a better way to do this?”
- Willingness and ability to work on their own initiative
- Customer orientation, always thinking, “What does this mean for our customer, and our customer’s customer?”
- Excellent time management capabilities

**The Role**

Overlooking the operational aspects of a wide range of job types, including sales, merchandising, installation and promotional activities across various industries. Duties would include;
- Being the primary point of contact for our busy field teams, offering support and assistance to them as required
- Be an integral part of the Account Management team on all projects
- Ensure resources are in place to deliver the projects, including people, transport, accommodation and equipment required.
- Producing effective and cost efficient journey plans for all projects
- Collating payroll information and sharing internally with finance department
- Helping train field staff on use of internal systems and conducting occasional field visits with the various teams
- Supporting the wider Green Field Marketing team where required with reporting, resourcing or general administration

**Essential Criteria**
- Valid UK driver’s license

**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience within the retail industry
- Prior experience working with CRM

**The Package**
- Basic salary of £23k-£25k
- Laptop
- Mobile phone
- 20 days holiday (plus 10 statutory days), with an additional day for every year of service up to a max of 25
- Workplace Pension Scheme

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
