**The role**
To support Kwik Fit in its wider purpose of keeping our customers safe on the road and providing peace of mind motoring.
This position plays a pivotal role, in ensuring seamless onboarding processes and maintaining accurate records. The SME Account Support Specialist will contribute to the growth of our SME portfolio by providing essential support to account management, nurturing client relationships, and facilitating the growth of the portfolio.
With a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, this role actively contributes to the overall success of our SME accounts, enabling us to meet and exceed our business objectives.
This permanent role is based upon 40hrs per week between Monday and Friday, onsite at our Duart House facility, in Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill.
**Key accountabilities**
The following responsibilities aim to provide a comprehensive support role, ensuring the smooth functioning and success of the SME business portfolio and the overall business objectives
- Facilitate the onboarding process and the opening of accounts for new business opportunities.
- Identifying potential new business opportunities for further development.
- Assist in the management of the initial stages of the customer acquisition process.
- Contribute to the growth of existing accounts.
- Support, develop, and maintain customer relationships to enhance confidence in the company's proposition.
- Document and revise customer information using Salesforce. Keep accurate records of activities, prospects, and pipeline within the CRM system.
- Respond to department queries and resolve problems with positive solutions.
- Report areas of improvement or concern to the UK SME Manager.
- Contribution to the development of salesforce
- Commitment to Self-Development through participation in training sessions and programs.
- Actively engage in projects when required.
- Attend, and contribute to department meetings when required.
- Promote a professional image of Kwik-Fit & Kwik Fit fleet operations at all times.
**Skills & experience**

- Preferred familiarity with Salesforce or use of other CRM systems.
- High IT proficiency across Microsoft Office.
