Accounts and Admin Specialist

CPI Mortars Limited is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to maintain financial harmony within our company for 12 months. This fixed-term position allows skilled finance professionals to further develop their expertise in financial management.
We estimate the annual salary to be approximately £26,000 to £32,000, contingent upon qualifications and experience.
Main Tasks- Sales invoicing and related credit note processing
- Thorough service charge invoicing and analytical tasks
- Daily production reports to ensure smooth business operations
- Closely collaborate with the credit control team to promptly resolve customer invoice issues
- Efficiently facilitate communication between departments
- Ongoing monthly sales reconciliations
- Management of bookings
- Varying Finance and Administration tasks as needed

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
