**Job Summary**:
The Service Administrator role will involve undertaking a number of Service Tasks to support the Senior Service Delivery and Service Delivery Team Lead role during maternity cover.

This role is part of the Service Team, reporting into the Service Team Lead.

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- General support of Document Control and IPR Management
- IPR verification queries
- VO Responses
- Document Release Checks
- Software Release Checks
- Population of monthly IPR slide
- Module Breakdown Structure updates as required for system/project changes
- Oversea IPR deposit process
- General support in management of Change Management
- Review / support of Period Reports
- Review / support of Trend Analysis
- Change Coordinator cover
- Management of TTL Back Office Agreement
- Issuing monthly reports
- Supporting the creation of Purchase Orders as required
- Support the production of monthly Service Reports
- Annual Plan updates
- Attend Meetings / take notes as required
- Support continual improvement of the team
- Possesses an understanding and interpretation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), meets or exceeds established SLAs
- Support internal and external Audits
- Provide and present data and reports to stakeholders on a periodic and ad hoc basis
- Support training and education initiatives for stakeholders
- Produce, manage and maintain procedures, work instructions and guides
- In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties assigned by their Manager from time-to-time, as may be reasonably required of them
- To carry out all tasks in accordance with company Health & Safety quality standards and procedures
- Comply with security in accordance with established policies and procedures of the organisation
- Collate information, investigate and report on non-compliances, work through them until resolution

**Minimum Job Requirements**:
**Skills knowledge and experience**:
Essential:

- Extensive experience of creating and analysing reports in different formats i.e. Word and Excel
- Proven track record of independently identifying problems and implementing appropriate solutions
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Data Analytics, including the ability to independently discover and outline issues
- Process Documentation experience
- Proven Customer Service skills
- Highly proficient user of MS Office
- Experience of working to ISO20000 standards

Desirable:

- Experience of working in contract management in a commercial environment
- Experience of working with SLAs

**Education and qualifications**

Essential:

- Experience in a similar role

Desirable:

- Foundation Level or higher ITIL qualifications

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
