Stockroom Assistant

Jonzara is a ladies fashion retailer with 3 stores and an online store. We offer a vast range of premuim high street brands such as Betty Barclay, Olsen, Part Two and Gerry Weber.

We are recruiting a Stockroom Assistant within our Lisburn branch to join our existing team to support our growing business.

**Duties**:

- Process deliveries efficiently and accurately
- Input data to maintain accurate stock records
- Maintain excellent stockroom standards
- Maintain excellent back of house standards and follow Health & Safety procedures
- Respond to staff inquiries regarding stock in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Prepare stock to be shipped to customers and stores
- Ensuring accurate stock movement and investigating stock discrepencies
- Support our online store with processing customer orders and returns

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience of working within a stockroom or warehouse environment
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly work area

Business hours are Monday - Saturday 9-5.30pm. The shift pattern is 5hrs per day, 5 days per week. The role is primarily Monday - Friday but flexibilty is preferred to work a Saturday if required.

Minimum of 2 references will be required before commencement of employment. At least one must be your current or a recent employer.
