We are looking to appoint a **Reader in Marketing **to help drive forward our successful research and knowledge exchange strategy through strong leadership, a world leading personal research profile, evidence of success in research income generation and the translation of research expertise to inform the taught curriculum to help shape the next generation of graduate marketing professionals.

**About you**
You'll be an inclusive, driven and externally engaged academic citizen, with expertise in Place/Tourism Marketing, B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing and/or B2C Marketing. You will have a record of
- world class research outputs
- impactful research that transforms lives, businesses and communities
- leading and securing successful research awards
- supervising PhD students to successful completion
- supporting and developing early/mid-career researchers to succeed
- excellence in teaching and learning leading to outstanding student outcomes
- PhD and teaching qualification/SFHEA status

**About us**
Alongside an experienced and passionate departmental professoriate, including Prof Dominic Medway, Prof Cathy Parker, Prof Paul Smith, Prof Gary Warnaby, Prof Pete Naude, Prof Ben Kerrane, Prof Mihalis Kavaratzis and Prof Tim Edensor, you will be given time and resources to grow your own research profile and leadership development support (where appropriate) to support you in your new role as a senior research leader.
