We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to work as part of a small team, supporting both internal and external customers ensuring all administration duties relating to hard and soft services are delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
You will oversee both hard and soft document control and coordinate technical information and specifications. You will provide administrative support from initial enquiry, through the processing of quotations to order, procurement and completion.
The hiring company are looking for the following skills and experience for this role:
Articulate and confident communicator
Ability to develop and maintain effective and robust working relationships
Strong admin experience and use of various software packages
Attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence
An understanding of Health and Safety at Work regulations

**Salary**: £23000 - £24000
