Just Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation, based on the outskirts of Sudbury.
Working within the company's Technical and Training department the Technical Sales Advisor will be responsible for assisting the Technical and Training department in delivering customer support to both customers and colleagues across a range of products.
The company offers a range of products and the Technical Trainee will assist in supporting these products as well as getting involved in any expansion of the company's portfolio.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide technical support to customers on all products
Provide technical support to the internal sales departments
Calculate sizing's, requirements etc for projects
Process quotations for full product range, including intricate projects
Prepare technical quotations/bill of materials information and determine effective pricing
Produce drawings for ordered projects
Ensure self development, keeping abreast of new techniques and theories
Provide support to the Manager on all projects
Attend trade shows and events if required
Ensure a clean and tidy work area at all times
Comply with all company policies, such as H&S, at all times
Attend developmental courses as agreed with the Manager
Any other duties as required by the business
Personal Requirements:
Self-learner keen to develop new skills
Must have a flexible attitude to working patterns/day
Good communication skills both oral and written
IT literate
