We are looking for a Finance Administrator to sit within our Cambridge team to perform Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and Credit Control activities for the Cambridge Hub assets.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Deliver high quality accounting services to clients, within agreed parameters of time, accuracy and quality.
- Manages the books of accounts with regards to client properties under management and where appropriate properties that have gone out of management.
- Produce reports to meet the needs of clients, property managers and other interested stakeholders as appropriate.
- Produce reconciliations that ensure the books of account reflect commercial reality and are delivered to all relevant accounting standards. This may include, where appropriate, setting reasonable levels of accruals and pre-payments.
- Perform mobilisation and demobilisation activities from a client accounting point of view as appropriate to the onboarding / offboarding property.
- Cash collections - interactions with tenants and clients
- Vendor management
- Tenant deposit set up, draw downs, refunds and account closure
- Contribute to meeting overall departmental efficiency, quality and profitability targets
- Proactively manage internal relationships with Property Managers, Facilities Managers and other colleagues as appropriate.
- Develop strong working relationships with the local CF client accounting team as well as related outsourced service providers/shared service centres externally.

**Core knowledge and experience required**:

- 2+ years of practical work experience operation within property finance or in an environment which handles client’s money.
- Experience in accounting and financial management disciplines
- Desirable knowledge of property financial accounting practices
- Tax & Statutory Accounting Knowledge
- Some experience in a client facing role
- Confident user of Microsoft office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent numerical reasoning and analytical skills
