A truly global law firm requires a BD and marketing specialist to support and work alongside partners and associates on all aspects of BD & Marketing.

The role holder will be welcomed into the firm's practice and sector marketing team who are a globally diverse and friendly team focused on driving revenue growth, strengthening reputation and nurturing client relationships. You will be supported by, andwork closely with, the wider London Marketing team which includes teams of experts across events, digital marketing, pitch support, external and internal comms as well as client relationship management. The team is collegiate with an emphasis on collaborationwith colleagues. They work closely with the lawyers to create, develop and execute BD and marketing initiatives to drive growth and deliver the firm’s strategy and work with the business to sell the firm’s expertise to their clients and generate revenue forthe firm. Your work will always be varied and you will benefit from significant opportunities for learning and growth in a supportive environment. You will you will join a team of three Senior Advisors and a Coordinator in the London Specialist Corporate practiceand will work alongside the Senior Manager and Coordinator to lead the London Antitrust & Foreign Investment Group's BD and marketing activities and also support on global initiatives. As a team you will collectively to support the global Antitrust & ForeignInvestment Group practice, assisting the lawyers on the development and implementation of BD and marketing plans, initiatives relating to client targeting, product specific business development and internal and external profile raising. The BD & MarketingAdvisor will lead the day-to-day work of the London AFIG team, which includes pitching, managing the end-to-end directory and awards submissions process, organise client seminars and roundtable events, and manage practice marketing, including CVs, credentialrequests, training and group updates, and associate marketing.

You will need to be a driven BD professional with strong academic qualifications or equivalent and proven BD experience ideally gained whilst working in a similar level role in an advisory orientated practice in a law firm. Previous success in producingaccurate and quality RFP and pitches and in managing complex directory submission processes is also highly desirable. Resilient and tenacious, it is essential that the Senior BD & Marketing Advisor is an excellent communicator, with the confidence and abilityto advise at partner level.
