- Friday and every other Saturday with a weekday off.

**Location**: Working from our office in Warkworth with partial hybrid working possible.

**What will I be doing?**

Our Property Consultants play a key role in growing our portfolio, and the Assistant Property Consultant provides vital administration support during the onboarding process of new properties, as well as a range of administrative duties and being a support to the Client Manager for our existing properties and property owners. Impeccable organisation, written communication and customer service is key to the role, which provides vital experience to becoming a Property Consultant

**As part of your everyday role, you’re likely to be involved in the following**:

- Supporting the Property Consultant with any enquires or onboarding new properties, regularly reporting back with updates.
- Understanding our estimates of potential yield for a new property to be able to discuss further with a new client in a Property Consultant’s absence, and to send to a client if necessary.
- Understanding the Visit England self-catering standards to enable you to provide support to new and existing owners on the standards expected.
- Taking ownership of or assisting with the arrangement of Visit England assessments in the second quarter of the calendar year.
- Creating, issuing and managing the return of contractual documents for potential clients.
- Creating arrival instructions for new properties to send to guests.
- Providing unlimited support to new clients during the sales and onboarding process alongside the Property Consultant.
- Identifying and liaising with potential housekeepers and tradespeople, to support and guide new owners.
- Visiting holiday properties as required to support the Operations team members, carrying out quality checks and delivery of welcome hampers. Minor cleaning sometimes required as part of the quality checking process on rare occasions.

- The ability to spot sales opportunities and diligently follow them up
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Friendly, confident, and well presented
- A passion for working in the UK travel industry
- Good computer literacy
- Highly effective team player whilst also able to work independently to tight deadlines.
