Sales Administrator

Overview:
**Duties**:
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Raise purchase orders and sales orders in SAGE software system.
- Processing of supplier invoices & shipping documents.
- Responsible for updating ISO documents and identifying non-compliance or possible improvements for the business
- Perform clerical duties such as filing and scanning.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and TEAMS for document creation and collaboration
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of SAGE would be ideal, but willingness and ability to learn is essential
