Your apprenticeship will be a journey of learning and development, where you will acquire hands-on experience defining, designing, and delivering the changes that will drive real value for the business. You will be encouraged to stay abreast of the latest digital solutions and exposed to best practice frameworks in business analysis, project & change management, design thinking and lean, participating in continuous learning activities. As part of your role, you will also contribute to the data analysis and governance around digital initiatives as well as documentation to improve the overall digital support framework at ABP.

This 14-month Level 4 Improvement Practitioner apprenticeship programme provides a springboard for future career progression within Digital & IT, as well as the wider business and you will be supported every step of the way by an enthusiastic team, committed to your ongoing professional development and training.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage users in identifying, prioritising and exploring solutions to improve their processes.
- Run experiments and log lessons learned
- Demonstrate proofs of concept and deliver minimum viable products
- Capture data and use to effectively measure and monitor digital efficiency
- Promote the benefits of digital adoption and ways of working.
- Bring users on the digital change journey, offering coaching and support in new systems
- Identify opportunities to adapt, adopt and exploit technology to benefit our business
- Ensure efficient use of digital investments
- Assist internal users in maximising the use of digital technologies.
- Contribute to digital service governance and knowledge base documentation.
- Engage in continuous learning activities, including workshops and training sessions.

- Problem-solving approach and adaptability.
