We are looking for an experienced, committed and enthusiastic individual with strong administration skills who would welcome the opportunity of assisting the Year Teams with the organisation and administration of safeguarding and pastoral support in the Academy.

**We would be delighted to hear from you if you have**:

- A good secondary education
- Good ICT and organisational skills
- The ability to relate to and motivate young people
- Flexibility and the ability to react quickly to changing daily routines
- The desire to make a real difference to young people’s life chances
- Previous experience of working in pastoral or safeguarding roles in a secondary school is desirable but not essential
