- Managing the administration staff ensuring that calls and visitors are received in a professional manner
- Assisting the OM & the RM with appointments diary
- Making sure that recruitment process is smooth, and carers signed off after all compliance checks are done
- Taking inventory of stock and managing petty cash
- Ensuring a clean and tidy office environment
- Monitoring staff on probation, doing monthly supervision and working with care coordinators/deputy manager regarding any untoward incidents.
- Track all office and field team staff leave plans and their replacements.
- Liaising with CC and RM regarding any staff issues of a disciplinary nature, assist with taking minutes and distributing.
- To attend any service user meetings with social workers and other professionals on any

safeguarding related issues or best interest meetings. Taking minutes and distributing as required
- Monitoring staff absence and sickness records and acting accordingly.
- Recording internationally recruited staff attendance and maintaining records ensuring

compliance with visa requirements.
- To provide pastoral support to the immigrants by arranging their accommodation, as well as making sure they get orientation, be a source of information.
- To work with the CC regarding staff holiday requests and approval ensuring that the service has sufficient staff to ensure safe care is always provided.
- Carrying out routine supervision for field staff and liaising with CC & RM

**Salary**: From £20,800.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rotherham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
