**Key Responsibilities**:
Work collaboratively with the Hot Numbers team, with Head Baristas as your primary contact.

Produce a variety of specialty coffee drinks with a focus on quality and standards.

Engage with customers, sharing knowledge about our specialty coffees and retail offerings.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your coffee station and machine.

Liaise regularly with the Head Barista and Training team to uphold Hot Numbers' high standards.

Contribute to front-of-house tasks, provide excellent customer service, and handle allergen queries.

Acquire knowledge of food and drink menus, operate the till system, and follow Health and Safety policies.

**Employment Details**:
Part Time role with a minimum commitment of 6 months for employee onboarding.

Starting pay reviewed after a successful 3-month probationary period.
