Sharp Brains Limited is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in IT Services and Solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our team. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of remote and in-office work, providing flexibility and autonomy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
2. Employee Relations:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

3. HR Policies and Compliance:

- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

4. Performance Management:

- Support performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting and performance feedback.

5. Compensation and Benefits:

- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

6. HR Administration:

- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review and decision-making purposes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
