**Blue Door is looking for a dynamic New Operations Deputy and Baby Room Leader**
- Do you have a passion for caring for the youngest of children?
- Are you qualified in Childcare Learning Development Learning Level 3? _(please do not apply, unless you have these exact qualifications)_
- Do you have a minimum of 2 years working with under 2 year olds?
- Are you passionate about offering first class childcare and offering children a safe and positive environment, with a wealth of play and learning opportunities?
- Can you be a positive role model, demonstrating healthy communication and respect through teamwork?
- Can you be self-motivated and show this through planning, observations and activities?

This is and Operations Deputy and Baby Room Leader conjoined role. An Operations Manager, means you will only deal with staff and children day to day issues. There will be no office based administration work or bookkeeping.
