**About Our Client**:
The client is a stable and growing Engineering organisation who due to continued growth, are currently looking for an experienced Coordinator to join their offices in St. Albans on a permanent basis. The role will be responsible for liaising with external customers both UK and internationally based and providing scheduling support to internal engineers.

As a Coordinator your key responsibilities will be:

- Processing orders via the system and tracking progress
- Advising customers on pricing and delivery information
- Keep the sales team informed of any customer leads
- Ensure orders are delivered on time and in full
- Make sure all communication is uploaded accurately via system
- Ad hoc administrative and customer focused tasks as and when required

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Have experience in a customer focused role and ideally experience processing orders via a system
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Have excellent communication skills both internally and externally
- Have strong administrative skills and demonstrable accuracy/ attention to detail
- Live locally in St Albans
- Be looking for a long term permanent position
