Skilled Laborer

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. As a skilled laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support construction projects. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions. **Duties**:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment
- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or masonry work as needed
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a skilled laborer in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

**Salary**: £11.38-£14.73 per hour

**Experience**:

- Construction: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
