**Residential Surveyor - Halifax - Up to £50,000 + car allowance + bonus**

This is a Residential Surveyor position with a leading independent firm of Chartered Surveyors. Priding themselves on their Yorkshire heritage, extensive industry experience and detailed market knowledge, they offer an exceptional breadth of expertise.

This multi-disciplinary property firm cover commercial and residential property, sales and lettings, valuation, surveying, asset advisory and property management, so you will be surrounded by a team with various skills and experience.

**What you will be doing**
- Servicing existing residential surveying and valuation work
- Providing a full range of surveying services, including bank valuations, homebuyer surveys and building survey reports for all residential property types together with land for a range of purposes

**What you will have**
- MRICS/FRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Ambition to develop your career and build it with this business

**What’s on offer**
- Basic salary up to £50,000 depending on experience

- Extra annual leave given over Christmas
- RICS subscription fees paid
- Annual salary review
- Monday to Thursday, 9am - 5.30pm & Fridays 9am - 5pm
