We would like someone who is caring, confident and approachable with experience in a variety of administrator tasks. For this position, you will need to have exceptional organizational skills to manage your tasks within a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- To manage all pupil data using Schools Information Management System (SIMS)
- This will include liaison with Croydon Admissions, other schools, and school staff. Take responsibility for admission and transfer arrangements for all pupils in school including nursery and reception and, where relevant, liaise with Liberty Extended ServicesManagers.
- Responsible for all end of academic year processes on SIMS including updating pupils FSM and Pupil Premium data.
- To produce relevant statutory returns e.g., Pupil Census and undertake procedures as requested by either the Local Authority or any other appropriate agency.
- To be responsible for leaver and transfers procedures.
- To work alongside the Reception / Administrative Assistant to provide a coordinated, seamless administrative/reception service to the Liberty Community
