Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, Independent Living (IL) Housekeeping & Compliance Assistant, 21 hours per week and will consider job sharing for this vacancy. The role is based at Greta Garden’s, a modern extra care scheme. Located in the popular Lakes town of Keswick and only a short walk from the town centre and bus station.

- The ability to work unsupervised and to your own initiative
- Cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Working to COSHH regulations
- Monitoring and recording of Health & Safety compliance
- Managing security and safety within a workplace

As an IL Housekeeping & Compliance Assistant in our Extra Care Scheme your main responsibilities will be to ensure any repairs are reported, all compliance checks are under taken and accurate records are kept. You will also be responsible for making sure communal areas within the building are clean and safe, creating an environment our residents are happy to live in.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: £12,455.00-£12,999.00 per year
