**The Role**

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office, offering comprehensive support to all parts of the business. Additionally, serving as the initial point of contact for incoming calls and visitors is essential.

**Main Duties**
- Respond promptly to incoming calls, screen, and redirect them as necessary, while accurately recording and relaying messages.
- Oversee the handling of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Facilitate the issuing of ID badges and maintain an up-to-date database.
- Prepare training materials for internal training sessions.
- Ensure adherence to administrative systems and procedures for optimal efficiency.
- Extend a warm and professional greeting to all visitors upon their arrival.

**Essential Qualification & Skills**
- Achievement of Level 4/C in GCSE Mathematics and English.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Basic proficiency in IT.
- Punctuality and excellent time management skills.
- Clear and effective communication skills.

**Additional Information**
- Salary of £13,312 per annum.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour break for lunch.
- Annual leave entitlement of 21 days, in addition to bank holidays.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Initial six-month probationary period.
- Enrolment onto a Business Administration apprenticeship course.
