Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer / Artworker with a proven track record of working with prestigious licensed brands such as Disney. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our design/production team to create visually stunning product concepts and technical artwork.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality graphic designs and technical artwork for various digital and print media channels.
- Collaborate with the design and production team to execute print-ready artwork based on approved creative concepts and design briefs.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and visual solutions that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with the production team to address any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the printing and manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver designs that meet their expectations and objectives.
- Submit concepts and samples for licensor approval.
- Conducting thorough quality checks on all artwork files, packaging designs, and merchandise graphics, verifying accuracy and consistency.
- Proof-check designs for visual and linguistic errors before final approval.
- Manage and update an in-house image library, archiving old files, photos, and design work.
- Create physical mock-ups and design graphics as needed, ensuring consistency across various platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continuously improve and innovate our design process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Artworker with a strong portfolio showcasing your work with recognized brands, particularly Disney.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a design agency, creative agency, print house, or in-house team is preferred.
- Expert knowledge of product and packaging artwork and associated printing technologies. For example, from a background as a technical artworker or have print reproduction experience.
- Excellent knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.
- Print design experience and layout skills, in particular, the use of colour, composition and typography whilst working with existing brand guidelines.
- Be able to follow procedures and guidelines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while working quickly and efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.
- A creative mind, an eye for aesthetics, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and self-motivation are key to this role.
- Design degree or equivalent through experience.
