As a Concierge, you role is to create quantitative and qualitative lead generation from both existing contact database and new customers through desk research and virtual information gathering techniques. You will also provide admin support to the field teams by providing them with hot leads and appointments directly into their diaries.

This is a remote, home based role.

The role:

- Review current customer database to identify new opportunities
- Data cleansing of current contact database to ensure accuracy
- Customer information gathering including cold calling, identification of stakeholders and gatekeepers, customer contact preferences
- Admin support for the field sales team
- Work in a fast paced, target focussed environment where bonus is rewarded for your hard work and results
- Provide a high quality customer experience
- Educated to degree level
- Prior sales skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
