Family Support Worker needed with Worcestershire County Council

**Start Date**:

- ASAP

**Location** - Worcester or Kidderminster

**Duration** - initially 3 months

**Hours per week** - 37 hours per week

**Salary** - up to £18 ltd an hour

**Description**:

- Various teams available, Safeguarding, Supporting Families First and Early Help
- You will work directly with and support families with children and young people
- You will work in partnership with relevant professionals and agencies, to ensure good outcomes and life chances for children and young people
- You will assess, plan and review the needs of families in order to ensure that support is in place

**What is required?**
- Experience of working with children and young people
- Experience within a similar role
- Educated to GCSE Level A-C in English and Maths
- Drivers license and access to a vehicle
- If this role isn't right for you, but you know someone who would fit perfectly to our engaged and devoted team and you refer them, you will receive a referral bonus of £250.
