**Role Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Send proofs to BM's/CRM Team for amends & approvals
- Build and select Salesforce audiences
- Review and amend proofs prior to approval
- Support the wider CRM team during peak times
- Undertake any other duties and/or responsibilities as may reasonably be required by management from time to time
- You may also be required from time to time to work additional hours including but not limited to providing support around events and hot markets. This may involve weekend and late-night working
**Knowledge and Experience**:
- Knowledge of the Salesforce platform or equivalent
- Great attention to detail
- Knowledge of the retail industry
- Experience of delivering requests and requirements on time and to deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Team player with a flexible approach
