**About the role**

The Client Lead will oversee all aspects of Client Services within CAVU’s Ecommerce services function. You will own key relationships and report the impact of Commercial Service performance to each client

You will build strong relationships and nurture performance within existing clients, as well as support the regional Business Development functions in onboarding new clients internationally.

This role will play a critical part in defining CAVU’s B2B service proposition. You will be the internal and external champion of this proposition, scaling our client base across the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Owning key client relationships and managing client communications, including regular meetings to review performance.
- Create operational processes that ensure quality, timely delivery, and clear value demonstration from our client work.
- Develop CAVU’s B2B marketing service proposition and play a key role in taking this to the global market.
- Creating accurate scopes of work for new projects and RFPs, forecasting resource and costs.
- Be the key contact, internally and externally, for the commercial service proposition.
- Developing strategic relationships with clients to identify, negotiate and convert new business opportunities.

**Key Skills**:

- Experienced in Client facing roles
- Confident written and verbal communicator, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to present persuasively.
- Self-starting and highly organised, with the capability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience of managing and growing strong client relationships, with the ability to cross and up-sell.
- Ability to put self into Clients shoes to understand their perspective
- A solid working knowledge of the full marketing mix and what different capabilities can offer the client.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong commercial awareness, with the ability to confidently forecast financial performance.
- In-depth understanding of the digital marketing industry to help build and manage client strategies.
