We are looking for a CFO to join a London based Fintech company and help them with LATAM operations
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy for the LATAM region, aligning it with our business goals and objectives.
- Oversee all financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for the LATAM region.
- Provide accurate and timely financial insights to support strategic decision-making at the executive level.
- Lead the finance team, including accounting, treasury, taxation, and financial operations, for the LATAM region.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and financial institutions, in the LATAM region.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements specific to the LATAM region.
- Optimize capital structure, manage cash flow, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the LATAM region.
- Assess and mitigate financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks in the LATAM region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth across the organization, with a focus on the LATAM region.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the LATAM region to drive continuous improvement and maintain competitive advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance executive in the Fintech industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial information and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential, along with proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in fundraising, M&A, and investor relations is a plus.
- High integrity and ethical standards.
- Fluency in Spanish & English
