**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING**

As a Night Front of House Supervisor, you are responsible for the in-room dining night service from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., as well as the preparation of the food and beverages served during this time. You will prepare the mise en place for the FB outlets, and ensure that the event, bar and restaurant space is stocked and ready for service. You will also assist the Night Team as needed.

**THE DUTIES**
- Connect with the closing Chefs and ensure the fridges are stocked and ready for the night service.
- Prepare the mise en place for the In-Room Dining service, including trays setup, sauces and condiments, napkins, glasses, etc.
- Answer the phone and take the guests’ orders correctly, following our SOPs and using appropriate verbiage.
- Follow the preparation technical sheet for each dish.
- Know the in-room dining menus and prices.
- Follow the in-room dining standard preparation procedures.
- Prepare batches for the Bar, always respecting the technical sheets, methods, techniques, and quantities.
- Restock back-of-house and front-of-house fridges.
- Restock the back-of-house storage areas (cupboards, shelves, etc).
- Collect all dirty trays from all the pantries across the Hotel, as well as the ones in front of guests’ rooms.
- Clean and organise the back of house area, ensuring everything is replenished, restocked, aligned, curated and ready for service.
- Clean the Bar service area, including over and under counter shelves (back and front).
- Prepare the Bar service area for the morning shift.
- Setup the breakfast buffet to be ready before 6 am
- Refill all salt and pepper mills, sauce bottles, and ensure the front-of-house stations are ready for service and for the following meal period.
- Support and assist the Night Team.
- Follow the Company and Division’s standards, ensuring SOPs’ timings, temperatures, techniques and verbiage.
- Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests.
