The role requires someone able to support the existing & expanding home therapies with skills & experience in haemodialysis. The role is varied & involves working with the multidisciplinary team to provide the highest quality innovative care when supporting patients to undertake their treatment in their own home. Working in collaboration with our Regional Renal network our strategy is to increase our home haemodialysis population to equal 20% of our total dialysis population.
