Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and crafting delicious drinks and cocktails. **Duties**:

- Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences and menu offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations to ensure the safety of our guests
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage trends
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations related to alcohol service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
