The Cowgirl Lounge at Cave Hotel isn't our first rodeo. Think dark, warm tones throughout that is atmospheric, sexy, inviting (and DJ's)

We are currently refurbishing and extending our Cowgirl Lounge including building a brand new, custom bar that will allow us to deliver a cutting edge guest experience and a drink offering without equal in Kent and beyond.

Our Bars Manager brings a wealth of experience from Soho Houses across the UK and the The Ned in London and is looking for enthusiastic, passionate and career driven mixologists and team members to build and influence the new drinks offering.

Wanna play with fire? (and smoke, and bubbles, and colour changing liquids, and dry ice..... to name a few cool things we are playing with) If you are thinking that sounds like a bit of me....... send your CV.

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
