**Marketing Executive**

Reporting into the Marketing Leader, the Marketing Executive will be fully accountable for devising and executing the Marketing plan and event activities for Aston Martin Manchester. You’ll be fully focused on increasing brand awareness and segment share in the local market area and untouched AOR with the aim of increasing sales and commercial objectives. You’ll have the ability to effectively deliver and oversee numerous successful marketing campaigns to the extremely high standards demanded by Aston Martin.

You will be based at the Aston Martin Manchester dealership.

**So, what’s it all about, the role**:

- From start to finish, working closely with the Marketing Leader, you will be planning and executing events of varying scales which will include new car launches, product placements and test drives, plus also ensuring Aston Martin centrally organised events are filled according to their strict attendance criteria. It is essential that you consistently exceed the various KPIs attached to every event
- You’ll provide key insights and trends to the senior stakeholders within the business, reporting on what went well, and areas for improvement
- You will be building trusted external relationships with various companies, suppliers, brand partners and manufacturers
- You will be the brand ambassador for all things social, with the aim of improving brand awareness and commercial objectives, whilst also ensuring any dealership materials produced adhere to strict Aston Martin guidelines
- You will be highly analytical with the ability to devise a clear defined marketing strategy for your region, utilising customer databases and different tools
- You will need to be comfortable with analysing data to closely monitor performance, using the data to report upwards, sharing trends and helping your peers understand how your business area is performing, you’ll know everything you need to so that you can update on current performance and drive future performance

**What are we looking for, the person**:

- You will be able to demonstrate success in executing marketing campaigns to extremely high standards, ideally incorporating luxury events which have demanded exceptional attention to detail
- You’ll share how you have built strong relationships with others, and show how this has supported with delivering high levels of performance
- You’ll have a good knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing alongside a passion for luxury automotive retail
- You will be able to share examples of where you have gone above and beyond in providing an excellent service in prior roles
- You’ll have some experience in budget management and forecasting, being extremely comfortable with using formulas in Excel to assist with producing annual forecasts and more detailed monthly plans
