**Overall Purpose**:
To achieve growth for the company by providing excellent service and results to our global clients.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage and nurture client and agency partnerships (involving SEO, web development, web analytics, PPC, Content & social components) to build and sustain strong relationships with them
- Demonstrate a very good understanding of your clients and their business strategies and goals
- Communicate regularly with your clients on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, and other follow-up items
- Share knowledge of the client and their objectives with fellow team members to ensure the most appropriate solutions are identified on an ongoing basis
- Brief agency colleagues, and work with them to plan and implement the best advertising solutions for the client
- Identify upselling opportunities and expand the services offered, always maintaining a commercial focus, both from a Webcertain and a client perspective
- Create proposals for existing and new clients
- Undertake daily project management tasks
- Develop project plans to track progress
- Address clients’ needs and respond to clients’ requests as they arise
- Understand, adhere to and work towards client KPI’s and objectives at all times, ensuring client profitability through awareness of incoming revenues
- Use various tools to track and report on progress for metrics against objectives to clients
- Meet assigned financial targets and strategic objectives
- Management of the commercial element, including invoicing and budget management
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with Internal Processes and Procedures
- Deliver client forecasting on time
- Ensure invoicing is carried out in line with Account Management service standards
- Periodic travel to the York office will be required during probation and for occasional training events.

**Skills and attributes required**:
**Essential**:

- Impeccable business English and communication skills
- Excellence in customer service
- Strong knowledge and experience managing on-page and technical SEO projects.
- Good understanding of paid and social media
- Deep understanding of web analytics and reporting
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop digital marketing strategies.
- Robust project management skills
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to self-learn quickly.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude
- Resilience, adaptiveness, and a positive approach to change
- Enthusiasm for working towards financial targets and business development.
- Team player’s spirit
- Experience working in an agency environment.

**Desirable**:

- Native or bilingual level of proficiency in German or another European language
- Experience in web content creation, translation and website maintenance and development
