Express Recruitment is currently working alongside one of the leading specialist manufacturers within their niche field, catering for a multitude of industry leading sectors. Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their workshop team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assist the workshop team with the testing of new software and firmware releases
- Carry out root cause analysis and assess the relevant corrective actions
- Conduct regular inspections using quality control equipment
- Work with the engineering team to develop continuous improvement methods to increase productivity and efficiency
- Assist the wider team during the release of new or changed products

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Degree or equivalent in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience working in a busy manufacturing environment
- Knowledge or metrology and precision products
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety policies
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and quality control
