**Are you immediately available? Do you have Customer Service Administration experience? Are you looking for Part Time hours?**

We are working with a client in the **Luton** area who are expanding their team and now recruiting for a **Customer Service Administrator** to join them on a **Temp to Perm **basis.

This is a really friendly and welcoming small team. They have their pets coming into the office daily so you will need to be comfortable and confident with dogs

This is a fully office based role with a pay rate of **£13** per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

- Chasing sales orders
- Using excel to update sales on the system
- Updating customers on their deliveries
- Helping the Despatch team with orders

Key Tasks:

- Confident making phone calls (this is not cold calling)
- Proficient with MS Office
- Likes to work within a small but busy office environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 20- 30 per week

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
