Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in various healthcare settings. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Support individuals with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in patient rooms
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a care home or home care setting is preferred
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Valid driver's license for transportation purposes (if required)
- Ability to understand and follow care plans
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and empathetic nature

Note: All positions at our organization are paid, including internship positions.

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
