**About The Role**:
At GSF Car Parts, our Ecommerce Warehouse Operatives play an important role within the team by always ensuring orders are picked and packed, and ready to be dispatched. They are champions of customer service delivery through efficient coordination of warehouse stock and are always working to optimise the order flow operations.

**Main Duties include**:

- Responsibility for providing a quality, efficient and effective service from receipt of the order through to the picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain a high level of order flow
- Process orders efficiently and accurately using various order management systems, Autopart and carrier systems.
- Ensure that orders are picked accurately, packed to a high standard and dispatched within required time frames to meet delivery deadlines and customer needs.
- Highlight any issues that may impact upon service levels and customer delivery expectations.
- Meet the and exceed the KPI’s as set by the company.

**Working hours**:
40 hours per week

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- A great track record working in a fast paced warehouse, or similar environment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- A good team player
- Work efficiently with good attention to detail
- Understand the necessity of customer service & working to deadlines
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Good communication skills
