**Job Description**:
Pertemps are proud to be working with a charity organisation who are currently hiring for a Hostel Team Leader to help manage their Homeless Hostel in Bath. This is a hugely rewarding opportunity for a natural people leader who has a background in supporting vulnerable adults.
- ** Contract**: Full time, permanent role
- ** Hours**: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday (some evenings and weekend required)
- ** Salary**: £26,300 per annum
- ** Location**: Bath - based on-site

**The Homeless Hostel Team Leader Role**:

- You will be one of two Hostel Team Leaders to manage all aspects the 20 bed homeless hostel in Bath, and ensure the delivery of a consistently high quality, safe and person-centred service.
- Line manage Hostel Support Workers including completing monthly supervisions and annual performance development reviews
- Build an effective and motivated staff and volunteer team promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Provide planning, leadership and direction, meeting statutory and organisational quality standards
- Maintain service performance to agreed targets
- Professionally represent the service and organisation at key strategic forums and operational working groups

**The Successful Homeless Hostel Team Leader Profile**:

- Proven ability to manage a small team as well as the operations of the hostel
- Knowledge of the support needs and support planning for homeless people
- Knowledge of legal, statutory, regulatory and good practice requirements applicable to the provision of crisis accommodation and move on pathways
- A Health or Social Care qualification at degree level or equivalent would be an advantage but is not required
