**Salary**: £35,000-£38,000
We are working with a Central London Student Residence with a connecting Hotel and Events space based in Central London. Offering 3 meals a day to their 700 resident students & Staff plus a hot Breakfast offering to their newly opened Hotel. The Sous Chef willalso help lead external Fine Dinning events in any of their prestigious spaces.
This is predominantly a Mon-Fri role with straight shifts but will depend on levels of business. The salary is £35,000-£38,000 based on previous experience. The Sous Chef will help to provide a High quality Canteen style Breakfast and Lunch with a plated dinnerservice as well as leading fine dinning events.
The Sous Chef must be able to work well in a team, be good at man management and be a calm under pressure. You will work closely with the Head chef to Provide high quality meals. A good understanding of all HACCAP, Allergen and Calorie laws is essential. TheSous Chef will also need to be aware of food costs and portion control. Previous Events experience will be a bonus.
