Business Coordinator

Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition Initiatives/Prospective Client Engagement:
- Promote services to potential clients through diverse methods, and market to potential language providers for recruitment.
- Strive to meet all targets and goals for acquiring new business.
- Achieve success by engaging in prospecting interactions over the phone, whether based in the office or representing the business externally.
Business Development:
- Devising and executing strategies to harmonize business operations with overarching business objectives.
- Proactively identifying weaknesses and employing problem-solving techniques to optimize team processes for maximum effectiveness and efficiency, in line with business objectives.
- Exploring additional business opportunities and advancements, while assisting the director and management in attaining their business objectives.
Marketing Strategy:
- Contribute to our marketing strategies and online presence to increase our reach and relevance to potential customers and Linguists.
- Identify new marketing opportunities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing support to a dynamic team. You will be part of a friendly and supportive enviroment. You must have experience in a fast paced business enviroment and experience in customer service. You must hold a marketing or business qualification, preferably a degree If you have the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you
**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
