**The Opportunity**:
We are a growing Fintech business specialising in the UK corporate market, supporting companies in managing their international payment (foreign exchange) risk.

We are privately owned and bootstrapped (self-funded by our strong balance sheet). We are an entrepreneurial, customer focused and ambitious. We are looking to grow a business for the future.

The growth of our corporate business has been consultative driven and through working as a team. Our service has consistently been recognised with various industry awards. We are building an elite and talented team to support the next phase of our growth.

The onboarding team are an outbound sales team. They are responsible for converting our prospective customers to active customers through opening an account with us. This is achieved through developing a deep understanding of our customers using our specialist sales skills. Success is measured on when the customer trades with us.

This role is a telesales role where you will be:

- Meeting / Exceeding your calling and sales targets. This includes achieving your objectives and key results (OKR’s)
- Measured by the number of first trades as this demonstrates the quality of conversation you are having
- Improving your Sales Skills in line with our customer centric, Internal Training Qualification

This position sits on our Private Client Sales team, who are all ambitious and working to achieve their targets and help the business grow. The more the business grows the greater the opportunity for our people.

- Have the ability to influence people taking people on the journey with you
- Able to engage with customers and build rapport
- A good listener and you are able to put feedback received into practice
- Resilient with a drive to succeed
- A quick learner who is highly organised and has an eye for detail
- An eager team player
- A recent Graduate from a Top 50 University, whilst desirable this is not essential

**Minimum requirements**

At least a 2:1 degree in any discipline from a top university
