**Operations Manager**

**Bristol x 3 days a week, 2 days remotely**

**Experienced Operations Manager required to join the Client Services and Project Management team to support and optimise the resourcing process at this growing agency.**

The Operations Manager will oversee this lively, forward-thinking agency and team operation. Working closely with the Client services team, you will attend meetings to plan, understand and evaluate the project requirements.

You will schedule the work across the agency’s internal teams - Analysis & Data Science, Strategy & Planning, Development & Production, Creative & Campaign Delivery. You will ensure new processes and procedures are implemented and adhered to across the business.This is a really varied fast-paced role ready for someone to hit the ground running

**Your skills and attributes**:

- Experience working within an agency environment is highly desirable
- Demonstrable operations management experience
- Knowledge of project scheduling platforms such as Harvest Forecast, Trello, Asana or other platforms
- Relationship-building abilities - working with internal teams and team leaders
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to prioritise resources and time effectively both on a personal level and for the whole agency
- Good knowledge of workflow processes and how to best optimise workflows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, resilient, and challenging environment
