GMP Recruitment are proud to be in partnership with a highly recognisable, leading sales company in Pershore. We are currently recruiting on their behalf for someone to join their team as a Internal Sales Co-ordinator on a full time, permanent, contract.

Our client is a UK based, valve and actuator specialist who provides equipment, support and technical services around the world to many different industry sectors. They are currently going through a period of growth and are looking to take someone on a full time, permanent basis.

The hours for this position are as follows:
**Monday to Friday**:09:00am - 17:00pm**

Internal Sales Co-Ordinator main duties:

- To work in accordance with the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Convert incoming enquiries into Quotations using Sage Accounts 50
- Liaising with suppliers to achieve best possible rates and stock holdings.
- Following up quotations to convert into sales orders.
- Raising Sales Orders
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Customer contact and development of customer/client relationships
- Assisting sales team members, when possible, with high volume orders.
- Attending annual Trade Shows as required
- To actively participate in the team environment, showing respect to all staff at all times, and actively displaying good teamwork and attitude
- To carry out and undergo training from time to time to increase your ability and changes to legislation.
- To perform any reasonable duty requested by management.

Internal Sales Co-Ordinator desired skills and experience:

- Previous experience working in a telesales environment is an advantage.
- The basic principles of operation of different valves and actuators.
- The sizing and selection of valve actuators and accessories.
- The mounting, configuration and testing of actuators to valves. (desirable but not essential)
- How to connect and test electrical products from wiring diagrams (desirable)
- Trouble shooting of valve and actuator ‘issues’; and who sells what in our industry including competitors.
- Good written & communication skills.
- Proactive planning, to ensure efficient office environment.
- Use of initiative to swiftly remedy process problems.

For all the above requirements the successful Internal sales Co-Ordinator will receive an annual salary of up to £25,000, dependent on experience, plus fantastic additional company benefits and a highly competitive commission structure.
