Job Title: Technical Sales Administrator

As a key member of our sales team, the Technical Sales Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the sales process by providing administrative assistance, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring the accuracy of product information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Managing customer inquiries and responding to their needs
  • Ensuring the accuracy of product information and updating data sheets
  • Liaising with suppliers and monitoring order status
  • Updating CRM software and maintaining product databases
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales administration in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
