Receptionist

We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our small team, based at Conwy Holiday Park, near Conwy, North Wales. We are a small family run business which was set up in the late 1970's.

This job would suit a sixth form student as you will gain valuable skills and gain opportunities.

The role includes answering the telephone, dealing with current and prospective new customers, showing clients around the park and assisting with caravan sales.

During quieter times of the day we need help with our social media keeping customers informed on various platforms including Facebook, Instagram and our own website.
- Support in updating website and social media.
- The opportunity to manage our general social media pages
- Be familiar with how social media is used to drive sales

The role also includes working in reception when required. As Receptionist your varied duties will include but not be limited to: greeting customers and providing excellent customer service, helping to advise customers and answer their questions, checking in and out holiday guests, processing till payments, managing spreadsheet data and using our bookings database system

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Conwy, LL32 8HZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
