**Sales and Customer Relations Lead**

**About the role**:

- **The key responsibilities of the Sales and Customer Relations Lead would be**:

- Develop and evolve both new and existing business relationships.
- The promotion of Ashby Precision Engineering’s services to existing and new customers.
- Follow up regularly with both the new and the current customers.
- Regularly update management on sales progress.
- Increase sales activity and business turnover.
- Attend meetings and promotional events when necessary.
- Maintain and regularly update Ashby Precision Engineering’s social media platforms**What we want from you**:

- Possess strong in-person communicative skills.
- Possess strong over-the-phone communicative skills.
- Possess strong written skills.
- Possess strong numeracy skills.
- Possess strong IT skills.
- Be self-motivated and enthusiastic about your position within the company.
- Be able to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in business development, sales and social media would be advantageous.
- Previous experience or wider knowledge of engineering would be advantageous.
